Systematic conservation planning

We support effective delivery of 30×30 by identifying where conservation delivers the greatest return, using robust and repeatable spatial planning. This ensures protected area networks are representative, resilient, and aligned with biodiversity targets while remaining practical to implement. From spatial planning to species-specific conservation and management plans, we can support you.

Biodiversity monitoring

We design and deliver robust monitoring programmes to assess biodiversity including species populations, movements, and habitat condition using field surveys, tagging, and capture–mark–recapture approaches. Our work generates defensible estimates of population size and trends, supporting evidence-based management, conservation planning, and impact assessment across marine and terrestrial systems. We use a wide range of techniques, from environmental DNA (eDNA) to telemetry and remote video systems to name a few.

Data, strategy and technical leadership

We provide end-to-end analytical and technical leadership, from data warehousing and advanced analysis to process design and delivery strategy. Our team supports organisations through technical change by aligning data systems, people, and workflows with clear objectives. We also advise on stakeholder engagement and technical hiring to build teams and capabilities that deliver lasting impact.

Wildlife tourism management

We provide expert marine wildlife tourism management services with a focus on the long-term management and use of  focal species. Our work supports operators, communities and authorities to design, manage and monitor tourism activities that minimise disturbance, protect habitats and meet international best-practice standards. Through science-based guidance, training and adaptive management, we help ensure wildlife tourism delivers real benefits for nature, people and local economies.
